I'm feeling like I don't know you /7:32 PM

People change. That's the last thing I saw before I started blogging and the first thing that popped into my head now. It's true, and as with most things in the real world, change depicts a whole spectrum of reactions; there really isn't a clear distinction between it being a bane or boon but change is an inexorable phenomenon stemming from the progress of humanity.

I'm not one to analyze things sagaciously but to undermine the gravity of these two words is to belittle the extent of power we as humans wield. We always picture ourselves to be a lone figure amidst the ever-expanding global population, and the Earth a mere speck roaming in the dusk of the universe. We are small, exponentially minute to be precise, but size isn't everything. Physical size has no correlation to the magnitude of change we can bring--to ourselves; to people around us.

Change is imminent and inevitable. Change is everything and anything. It's difficult to imagine that the slightest change can spark events of massive proportions. The butterfly effect, essentially.

But the question that begs is: Do we embrace the changes or do we shun the faces of our past mirages? People change, yes they do. But what else to do but to keep calm and move along. Time is a fluid concept, and we can't expect to stay stagnant with such dynamic fluctuations. We change when people do too; we change our perspectives and perception of them; we change our attitudes; we change by not changing.

So?
