Had a whale of a time, and a hell big of a whale this was, during the last 4 days of my CNY break. 3 days were spent with my cousins who I so sorely miss and they made my holidays real fun. We did a few prank calls and I'm getting real good at it now, save the random spurts of laughter I can't swallow. But luck showed us the way to a mother of a primary 5 girl and she screwed us for like damn long. She had a mentality of a small kid for she refused to accept our apologies and actually put down on us and ignored our calls. Hmm, generation gap?

Yesterday, I went to catch a movie with my entire family after a really long time and surprisingly, it was a really good movie. 大世界 was undoubtedly the best movie I've watched since last holidays and it was a really good note to end my joy rush with. I may not understand the memories that flood back to my parents but Kelvin Tong deserves a kudos for putting his perfect research into a majestically well directed film. Love the ending and how photographs centralized the movie's theme. Somewhat inspired me to want to learn more about directing, but hey, I've dedicated my life to animals.
