Leading my thirsty soul; Raise the spirits /1:07 PM

It's over--the one week of school that has repeated and recurred mysteriously for almost 8 months now. It seems so repetitive; a mundane lifestyle that cannot seep into my routines. It's resembles a beautiful piece of music stuck in the worst portion of the songs, coupled with depressing lyrics and disgusting tunes. That's school life but when (long overdue-d) fun finally catches up, the song continues its purpose and plays the amazing chorus that paints the canvas of my weekend. The artist that created such a mesmerising work of artistry should be duly rewarded. A monument/painting/mystery that keeps our minds stuck within it, craving for its return and presence but unknowingly, we have once again transcended into that subtle looping of the worst verses ever. We cannot choose our songs in life and we can only pray that the shuffle brings something new the next weekend, otherwise it ends up as another loop--just around the good portions. This ain't necessarily pleasing because we need diversity, or at least I do...

That brings me to the 5 values I treasure the most and it's really surprising even to myself. I think I put in my deepest thoughts so that should be accurate but here it goes:

1) Love--it just is what it is
2)Relationships--To establish close connections with friends, families and even complete strangers
3) Freedom--TO be carefree and lighthearted. To be able to be free and relaxed.
4) Variety--Life needs to be unique and constantly different, not stuck within a mundane routine (closely linked to the allegory of a looped music)
5)Fun--To be positive and live a life of enjoyment. To do what is exciting and interesting.

Unfortunately, my Leadership Practices Inventory did not reflect optimal characteristics of a good leader so my bubble has been burst. Still, there's this hunch inside me that I'm more than the graph depicts and one day, I shall uncover that hidden facade.

I need to sink back into reality for a moment before I return to this fantasy. Until then, I leave the world this quote coined by yours truly :D

"Love cannot be defined; Love defines you"
